PanoAlpin LLC has extensive experience deploying and installing Livecam systems in some of the most challenging physical environments. Regularly trained at the factory in Switzerland, PanoAlpin services include camera location selection consulting, design and deployment of camera mounting systems, lightning protection, network configuration, image capture and upload and on-going support. PanoAlpin provides factory warranty service and repair returns for all Livecam products.
Owner Biography:
Created in 2013, PanoAlpin LLC is owned and managed by Paul Major. Major is a highly accomplished IT executive with over 30 years of management experience in luxury resort and hotel operations as well as six years of data center operations, software development and design work in aerospace manufacturing and international publishing. Major has extensive experience in the ski industry, spending 19 years as the senior IT executive at Aspen Skiing Company. Major was instrumental in bringing Roundshot Livecam technology to North America, with the first commercial installation in Aspen/Snowmass.
Major, a large-format landscape photographer, avid skier and mountain biker, is a 2011 Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader Honoree and is a contributor to articles in CIO and ComputerWorld magazines and a presenter and panelist at leading hospitality technology conferences.
