Joining its sister hotels in Aspen and Sun Valley, the newest Limelight Hotel in the base village of Snowmass Village, CO opened its doors Saturday afternoon with a gala celebration that included food, fireworks, live music and an ice skating show. Several thousand guests were on hand to enjoy the festivities, and featuring prominently in the "mountain modern", casual and comfortable hotel lobby is a large video wall behind the front desk showing live images from Roundshot cameras across the resort of Aspen Snowmass. Included is a new camera atop the hotel that covers the base village area, Elk Camp Gondola and Village Express chair lift with views of Mount Daly, Elk Camp, the Big Burn and other notable landmarks.

Hotel guests are treated to live views from Roundshot locations during the day and video and artistic content after hours:
